offers private one-on-one photo lessons that may begin ANY day and time. Classes are designed to fit your specific needs and schedule. Private lessons are for ANY skill level person who needs a quick 1-2 hour lesson or several weeks of learning about their camera or ANY photography subject.
Classes are taught at the Tannery in Newburyport, MA or in your home or business (see below).
Classes may be scheduled ANY day of the week, during the day or evening and may even be scheduled differently from week to week. Private lessons may also be taken several times to truly master the art of photography.
**A unique idea is to take a 4 week private lesson with another person.
3 options are available for private lessons at the studio:
Private Instruction by the hour, $45/hr.
Kelly is available to teach beginner or advanced level photography subjects by the hour at her studio. This generally means learning 1-2 photo subjects. For example, learning about your camera, flash or composition, etc.
In just 2 hours I can teach you all of the various settings on your camera.
FAMILY & FRIENDS DISCOUNT: $135 for 2 people for 2 hours
4 weeks of Private Lessons, $295 (2 hour classes that meets once a week for 4 weeks at the Tannery studio)
You will learn about 4 photography subjects and go on more field trips. This will help any photographer begin to feel more comfortable using their camera, flash, composition, lighting and feeling better prepared to take better photographs.
FAMILY & FRIENDS DISCOUNT: $442 for 2 people for a 4 week private lesson.
8 weeks of Private Lessons, $395 (2 hour classes that meets once a week for 8 weeks at the Tannery studio)
You will learn about 6 subjects and go on even more field trips. This is the most comprehensive class I offer to students who wants to advance their photography taking skills and begin to master using your camera and taking incredible photos.
FAMILY & FRIENDS DISCOUNT: $592 for 2 people for 8 weeks of private lessons
Beginner, intermediate or advanced level subjects may be learned including, but not limited to, learning about your digital or film camera, using your pop-up or dedicated flash, how to properly photograph in outdoor or low light, and Menu items such as, white balance and ISO. Finally, composition and various subjects may learned on how to take better photographs of people, night photography, macro/flower photography, candid portraits or how to design a portfolio for college or work and preparing for a gallery exhibition, etc...
