📷 Creative Constraints Photo Walk Workshop See Differently. Shoot Differently. Create Boldly.

This isn’t just another photo walk. This is a guided experience where limitations unlock inspiration.
Join us for a hands-on photography workshop that challenges you to see the familiar with fresh eyes. By applying intentional creative constraints, Kelly Mintz will offer an opportunity to:
  • Boost Creativity: Restrictions (like one lens or color theme) encourage problem-solving.
  • Increases Focus: Instead of shooting everything, photographers learn to look with purpose.
  • Builds Confidence: Challenges help participants take risks and grow beyond their comfort zones.
  • Social & Fun: Walks naturally foster conversation, collaboration, and photo sharing.
Whether you're a beginner looking to sharpen your eye or an experienced photographer seeking a creative reset, this walk is designed to help you break habits, experiment with purpose, and capture what others overlook.

On the walk, you’ll be given a specific constraint or theme (e.g., color, shape, emotion, angle) that will guide your shooting. Expect to get creative and think differently about what—and how—you photograph.

At the end of the walk, we’ll regroup to discuss our experiences and share a few of our favorite photos. This peer feedback fosters community, insight, and inspiration.

This is also a great opportunity to photograph alongside Kelly, who has a Masters in Education and over 15 years experience as a professional photographer and teaching photography.
